Addressable
Single Loop Analogue Control Panel Expandable to 2 loops.
The OCTO+ Fire Alarm Control Panel is built on the pedigree of the worldwide known JUNO NET. Now featuring a fully peer-to-peer, multi-master networking solution. This new “CHAMELEON Network” solution enables extreme resilience in very large distributed systems.
On a CHAMELEON Network system, each network NODE+ has, in its internal configuration memory, the whole system information, i.e. in the unlikely event of a communication loss, there is no performance degradation of individual NODE+.
The CHAMELEON REP is the best solution when you need full control of a networked system.
In a Chameleon Network, the CHAMELEON REPEATER is used as a “System Repeater”. It works as an addressed
networked panel (without loops) and has the ability to process and register (Event-log) all “system info”. For connection diagrams and project commissioning, please refer to the Chameleon Network manual as well as the manual of the Communication Interface being used.
The CHAMELEON REP is supplied without battery management capability. It is intended to be connected to an external power supply. The Cause and Effect programming of the whole system as well as all customer specific configuration can be downloaded or uploaded using the CHAMELEON CONNECTOR software and later broadcast to other networked panels (OCTO+, NODE+ and GEKKO).
CHAMELEON DISPLAY should not be considered a fully featured SYSTEM repeater for Chameleon Networks.
The CHAMELEON DISPLAY, behaves as an extra display of the Master Panel display.
Non networked panels may need an remotely accessed extra display. In this situation, by applying an isolated CHAMELEON DISPLAY you will have a duplication of the panel Fascia. Everything displayed in the connected panel is then copied to the CHAMELEON DISPLAY. Every key press action is assumed as if the input was actually occurring on the connected panel. For connection diagrams and project commissioning, please refer to the Chameleon Network manual as well as the manual of the Communication Interface being used.
This solution is ideally for stand-alone panels. It is only possible to have one display connected per Chameleon connection available on panel. On networked systems, where the panel chameleon connections are most needed, it is recommended the use of CHAMELEON MINI REP system repeaters.
Compatible with GEKKO, OCTO+ and NODE+ range of panels.

The ORION EX MINI REP V2 will provide remote control and system display status from multiple locations to an ORION EX V2 based Fire Alarm System. All Fire, Fault, Test and Disabled conditions are displayed. User is able to control all functions at Access Levels 1 and 2. Access to Level 2 is via the same four digit code used on the ORION EX V2. Its reduced dimensions make it ideal for installation in reception areas or security booths where it would be impractical and unattractive to install a full size control panel. This repeater panel can be connected to the Main Panel using 4 different communication technologies: RS232, RS485, Fiber Optics and TCP/IP.
Interface card that provides in any of GFE’s Analogue Addressable Fire Detection Panels a LED indication of Fire/Fault condition for each individual zone. The LED Red indicator will be ON when the zone is in Fire condition.
The module requires a connection to either JUNO NET or JUNIOR Panels via a 5 way flat cable fitted with polarised connectors. And it should be connected to the MPX output of either panel.
This module operates in three different modes.
The J-NET-QUART chip should be installed on the JUNO NET Painel Main Board when panel is fitted with an internal and/or external printer and when panel is connected to GFE’s graphical software package ODYSSEY, 3rd party BMS systems or MODBUS via one of GFE’s J-NET-ADV-COMS interface boards.
This 40 column internally mounted thermal printer provides a hardcopy of the JUNO-NET panel log containing all relevant events occurring in the system.
All events are date and time stamped and are backed by a 2000 events deep rolling log kept in the panel’s non-volatile memory.
Note: In order for the printer to work properly it is necessary that the J-NET-QUART chip be installed on the JUNO-NET Panel – Main Board. Please refer to the panel’s installation manual for full details.
The GFE-NET-PRINTER is an external thermal line printer which is used to obtain a hardcopy of all recorded events from a JUNIOR or JUNO NET panel. The GFE-NET-PRINTER can be connected either via the JUNO NET panel’s printer output or alternatively via the data loop using RS-232, RS-485, Fiber Optics or TCP/IP J-NET-INT interfaces. JUNIOR panels can only be connected via the data loop.
All recorded events are referenced by date and hour and saved in the panel’s NVRAM (non-volatile memory).
Our UG-4 single-pipe duct smoke detector is used to prevent the spread of smoke in a ventilation system.
Since it only has one pipe, UG-4 is easy to install and operate.
Developed to detect smoke in ventilation ducts and combines a smoke detector and an adaptor system where both venturi pipe and housing are specially designed for optimum airflow through the smoke detector.
GFE-BASE-BUZ: ZEOS detector base w/ buzzer
GFE-BASE-REL: ZEOS detector base w/ relay
GFE-BASE-REL-BUZ: ZEOS detector base w/ relay and buzzer
Accommodated inside our deep base, GFE-BASE-BUZ has a built-in piezo buzzer and it’s an option for local alarm signalling in places like offices, hotel rooms and class rooms at a lower cost than a VULCAN 2 base sounder.
GFE-BASE-REL has a relay which is a very practical solution for ventilation damper activation together with UG-4, our single-pipe duct smoke detector.
All options are loop powered making them a viable and low cost solution for localized audible notification and external activation.
This equipment enables manual address assignment to all self-programmable devices. It should be used duringmaintenance and installation as an alternative to GFE’s addressable panels ASET mode. Additionally it also allowsinstaller to read address of the device and read its analogue value.
The non Ex GFE-SWR-LMP flame detector test lamp activates GFE-SWR series flame detectors namely: GFE-SWR-UVIR, GFE-SWR-UV and GFE-SWR-IR3. For all models the testing range is 4 meters. The GFE-SWR-LMP test lamp is non Ex, suitable for use in safe areas only.
The GFE-SWR-LMP is only compatible with the GFE-SWR series flame detectors. The test lamp is not suitable for flame detectors of other brands.

MAIN FEATURES
● Multi-Message
● Multi-Language
● 106dB maximum sounder output at 1m
● Messages easily programmed via USB interface using dedicated software
● Synchronization for fast activation
● Compatible with most conventional fire panels.
This module allows to be triggered low impedance charges directly from the Sounder/ Extinguish Output Circuit.
Typically available condensed aerosol units have low impedance activation (~2 ohm) that cannot be directly connected to Sounder Output circuit. This module will adapt the output by lowering the voltage down to 5V or 3V3 so that low impedance detonators can be activated.
The ZMU is a fully monitored interface module, which is used to connect a number of current limited conventional detectors to the Global Fire Addressable control panel via the detection loop.
These detectors are then seen as one address at the addressable control panel. For better integration with the addressable system, this module can be programmed to respond as a ZONE MONITOR, FLAME DETECTOR, BEAM DETECTOR, ASPIRATING, LINEAR HEAT or CALL POINT.
The Addressable Sprinkler Switch Module is a fully monitored device which permits the interfacing of sprinklers switch systems with the Fire Alarm Control panel using normally open dry contact connections while also providing a changeover output relay.
The Integrated LED will become Yellow whenever the module is disabled, i.e. the key turned to the ON position, and will become Red when there is an alarm condition at the module’s input.
The QUAD-ZMU is a fully monitored addressable module which is used to connect up to four individually addressed zones of current-limited conventional detection devices to the Global Fire Addressable control panel via the detection loop.
The module requires an external 24V DC power supply and a Green LED indicates supply presence. Active End of Line Monitoring. Compliance with Standard BS5839 Detector Removal when Schottky diodes are added to detector bases.
The detection Zones and their supply voltage are optically isolated from the addressable detection loop which allows the use of a local power supply. If that supply fails, a fault condition is reported at the control panel.
The status of each zone is indicated by two LEDs. A Red LED signals Fire, Yellow indicates Fault on that zone. The normal state is indicated by neither LEDs being illuminated.
The software VOX LOADER allows the voice message configuration and download to the VOX range of signaling devices.
The communication with the device is acomplished via a seamessely USB connection.
It will also detect automatically if the connected device is addressale or conventional.
